Castleconnell is just 11km from Limerick City centre. It is located on the river and has an active rowing club.  There is a playground and car park by the river and if you follow the riverside path it will lead you to the fairy wood. Here you can let your imagination take you on a journey like no other! There are many colourful fairy houses each with its own name such as The Dutch house, The Flower house, The Log house and The Look Out House!
