Embark on a journey of Amazing Discovery at the National Sea Life Centre on Bray’s beautiful Seafront where you will come face to face with fascinating marine and freshwater creatures, including Stingrays, Piranhas, Seahorses, and Ireland’s largest collection of Sharks. This collection of over 1,000 marine creatures is displayed in 26 exciting exhibits. For 2019, SEA LIFE invites you to experience its new feature “Octopus University”. Learn about their phenomenal skills and abilities and discover how intelligent these wonders of the deep actually are. With regular talks and feeds throughout the day, and opportunities to touch starfish and crabs (under supervision), a visit to the National Sea Life Centre, Bray gives an informative and entertaining insight into life beneath the waves.

DINING / REFRESHMENTS: No on-site dining but there is a wide choice of cafés and restaurants adjacent to SEA LIFE.
PARKING: Paid car and coach parking available in front of the Centre and along the seafront.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY: Ramp access is available into the Centre, and around the exhibits. However, 2 sets of stairs to exit the aquarium requires wheelchair users to double back and use the entrance as an exit. Consequently they advise that visiting during busy periods is not recommended. SCHOOLS: Primary School programme: Pupils can gain an insight into the Freshwater and Marine World by taking the Sea Life Tour – an enjoyable, educational and interactive visit.
For DPS Schools: The Centre’s DPSP incorporates a range of learning activities to stimulate science learning in the 8 to 12 year age group.
