Built-in 1856, the National Museum of Ireland – Natural History is a magnificent Victorian artefact in its own right. Sometimes described as ‘a museum of a museum’.

The ground floor only of the museum has recently reopened, Irish Animals including an iconic Giant Irish Deer, a selection of Blaschka Glass Models, and the Wonder Cabinet with its hands-on display for inquisitive young minds are on display.
