Altamont Gardens is a large, beautiful, old-world garden. It is an enchanting blend of formal and informal gardens located on a 100 acre estate.
Beautiful riverside walks ensure a great experience at any time of year starting in spring with the snowdrop collection, daffodils and other spring bulbs.
Rhododendrons, azaleas and later the rose collection are in full bloom mid-summer, followed by contrasting autumnal colours in the winter. There is also a Walled Garden situated within the grounds of the estate.
