The activities of the Heritage Centre are accessible for all age groups and abilities, and they welcome everyone who would like to learn about the medieval history of the town which includes Athenry Castle (operated by the Office of Public Works), the 13th century Dominican Priory, and the town’s defensive walls and towers.
