Land & Water Activities for families, friends, groups and individuals:

The Wibit Aquapark is an obstacle course on the water, with swings, slides, cliffs, spinners, a huge action tower to slide, climb and jump from, as well as two water trampolines to jump around on. There are many other obstacles to challenge you – it’s a blast!
Kayaking–one hour kayak sessions are based around fun, with a short land briefing before launching into the calm waters of Stony Cove.
Sailing–Dunmore Adventure holds the highest qualification in sail training, and offers sail training courses from complete beginner to professional level. These courses are recognised by the Irish Sailing Association using the Small Boat Sailing Scheme.

SUP–Dunmore East is the perfect outdoor classroom to learn the basics of Stand up Paddle Boarding. SUP is a traditional Hawaiian sport which promotes balance, strength and general fitness.
Archery–suitable for adults and children with a good range of bows to allow for all levels to participate.
Climbing–Indoor Climbing gym has multiple climbs to keep the kids occupied for their hour long session. A specially designed room with multiple climbs from easy to difficult, which will challenge all abilities. This indoor climbing zone operates in all weather. Outdoor Climbing on Gull Tower – It’s the most prominent fixture in Dunmore East Harbour, called Gull Tower as the Seagulls use it to watch for the fishing trawlers coming in from the sea.
Caving–purpose built 100 linear metre caving system is operational all year round, in all weather, and suitable for both adults and children to experience the thrill of caving in a safe, fun environment.
Team Building–custom made programmes use the challenge of the outdoors to develop teamwork and leadership skills that can be transferred effectively into the workplace.
Sea Safari Boat trips to Hook Lighthouse – Breath-taking guided boat tour of the Waterford and Wexford Coastline in a 12 person RIB, where you will enjoy tales of Vikings and smugglers as well as meeting first hand some of the marine life that we all share the coast with.
