The Glucksman won the prestigious EMA European Art Museum Award in 2023! Located at the main entrance to University College Cork, this award-winning public gallery includes exhibition spaces, a riverside cafe, and a gift shop.
Winning numerous awards and accolades and in 2007 was named one of the 1001 buildings you must see before you die! A changing programme of exhibitions featuring international and Irish artists with art workshops, artists talks, screenings and tours.

The Glucksman is located on the campus of University College Cork and is open to the public year round. The gallery is situated in the university’s picturesque lower grounds, accessible to pedestrians from the ceremonial gates at the corner of Western Road and O’Donovan’s Road. The gallery is a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Cork city bikes have a stand directly in front of the UCC ceremonial gate entrance. The gallery and the university are served by the No. 205 and No. 208 bus routes.
