Secret Valley Wildlife Park is the South East’s only fully licensed zoo and wildlife park. Established by Ann O’Connor in 2007 as a small family farm, it has grown steadily into a thriving sanctuary. Driven by Ann and her team’s passion for animal welfare, the park offers visitors a personal, wholesome, and educational experience.
As a proud BIAZA member, Secret Valley provides a safe haven for animals from compromised backgrounds, including ex-laboratory animals, former pets, and others who have faced challenging beginnings. These animals are given a “happy” retirement home where they become part of the park’s extended family. Their stories help educate visitors on important issues such as the pet trade and ways to make a positive difference for wildlife. Every visit supports the park’s ongoing work and its mission to give these animals a second chance at life.
Set across fourteen areas of beautiful countryside, Secret Valley Wildlife Park offers space to grow and endless opportunities to explore. Home to over 40 different species and around 200 animals, the park features an exciting variety of residents, including rescued primates, playful otters, capybaras, llamas, friendly domestics, and many more.
Visitors can enjoy a full day of activities, from daily animal handling sessions and bottle-feeding adorable baby goats to engaging keeper talks and a selection of personalised experiences tailored for all ages. With so much to see and do, every trip to Secret Valley promises unforgettable moments for animal lovers of every generation.
